Making this chutney is not only easy, but it is also a healthy diet for your family.

Material-
Amla – 10 (about 250 grams)
Whole coriander – 1 teaspoon
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1/2 teaspoon
Desi ghee – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Green chilli – 5-6
Dry red chilli – 5-6
Salt – as per taste
Water – as per requirement
Coriander leaves – (to add to chutney as per taste)

Method-
-To make chutney, first take fresh Amla and wash it thoroughly with fresh water 2-3 times. Then cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.

-Now place the pan on medium flame and add 1 teaspoon whole coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon urad dal and 1 teaspoon desi ghee and fry everything lightly.
-Once roasted, add 5-6 garlic cloves, 5-6 green chillies and 5-6 dried red chillies. Then fry all this lightly.
-When chilli and garlic are roasted, add chopped amla to it and mix well. After this, add salt as per taste and a little water, cover it and let it cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-When the Amla becomes half ripe, the bitterness inside it will go away. As soon as it is half cooked, take it out in a plate and after cooling, keep it in a jar in the mixer.
-Add coriander leaves and a little water and grind it. If you want, you can also add mustard oil and lemon juice to it. You can eat it with roti, paratha, puri, kachori or anything.
